Investors are Full Members and must be 'accredited investors'. You have a right to participate in the governance of the organization and access to all investment activities, events, access to our LP Portal, plus a free paid membership in the Angel Capital Association.

Must be one of the following to qualify for membership.

  • A degreed graduate (or current graduate student) of the University of Pennsylvania,
  • A past or present member of the University of Pennsylvania administrative or teaching staff,
  • A recipient of an honorary degree from the University of Pennsylvania,
  • A past or present Trustee of the University of Pennsylvania,
  • Formally sponsored in writing by two (2), Full Members presently in good standing.
