  RNA Nanobiotics:

The moderators will discuss how RNA Nano was engaged first with a small investment commitment from one of the moderators, who then decided to become the WAA Deal Lead after the WAA pitch night presentation. They will also discuss the process of negotiating optimal terms for WAA, including a six-month MFN clause, information rights, and preemptive rights (right of first offer). Even though this deal involved a SAFE, the moderator worked collaboratively with the company’s CEO (also a panel moderator) to negotiate improved terms for this deal.
