PORTFOLIO COMPANY LIAISONS

Are you interested in developing an ongoing relationship with WAA's port cos? Port Co Liaisons are responsible for:
- Establishing an ongoing relationship with a portfolio company
- Securing updates on a quarterly or more frequent basis
- Alerting WAA when the portfolio company is raising for a new round
- Learn from portfolio company if there are any resources WAA can provide to assist in the company's success
DEAL LEADS

Are you interested in learning how to lead deals? The basic scope of the role of deal leads includes:
- Championing deal to develop member investor interest
- Leading due diligence
- Maintain a ongoing relationship with the company
- Secure quarterly updates

- When the company is raising additional rounds

One of our current initiatives is to improve the quality and consistency of the deal flow for Wharton Alumni Angels. One of the ways for us to do that is to develop relationships with other angel groups, incubators, investment groups at other business schools, etc..
