We are developing a family of first-in-class immunotherapeutics to combat acute myogenic leukemia and solid tumors.

PROBLEM: We are developing new medicines to combat AML and solid tumors.

SOLUTION: Our lead drug candidate cures cancer in leukemic mice , and with anti-PD1, reduces tumors of pancreatic cancer. Our drug, CAMV-01, does not kill cells but stimulates the immune system to attack cancer cells. It is effective against multiple cancers regardless of the genetic makeup of the cancer cells. Also, we see no toxicity due to our drug.

DEAL TERMS:

  • Open to accept investments for equity or convertible notes in the range of $250k to $20M.
  • The company is an LLC soon converting to a “C” corporation.
  • Price per unit is $4.25.
  • Enterprise value of the company is $15M.

Delta developed and manufactures a mobile infusion kit so military and civilian medics can treat blood loss on scene.

PROBLEM: Prior to today, if you are seriously injured in combat or a car crash, you have to be rushed to a hospital for a blood infusion. The entire US military and some civilian medics have begun to give blood at the scene of the injury, increasing chances of survival. Blood is cooled and digitally tracked until delivery and then rapidly warmed and infused

SOLUTION: We built the world's longest lasting battery powered medical refrigerator. It keeps blood, vaccines, and organs stored 15x longer than competitors, can survive extreme military environments and is the only FDA listed fridge that fits in an ambulance. We also developed a device for rapidly infusing warm blood and a SaaS that monitors blood remotely.

KiraGen's AI-driven, gene-edited CAR-T overcomes tumor microenvironment suppression for durable efficacy in solid cancer

PROBLEM: CAR-T therapy has transformed blood cancer treatment but has failed in glioblastoma (GBM) due to the tumor microenvironment (TME), which suppresses immune cells. GBM weakens CAR-T cells before they can eliminate cancer, leading to poor durability & limited patient benefit. No CAR-T therapy has overcome these barriers to provide lasting responses.

SOLUTION: KiraGen is advancing an off-the-shelf, multiplex-edited CAR-T therapy for GBM through an Investigator-Initiated Trial (IIT) @ UPenn w/ Dr. Don O’Rourke. Our AI-driven gene edits block key TME suppressive signals, enabling CAR-T cells to stay active longer and improve both patient access and outcomes.

The telehealth platform offers personalized diagnostics and treatments, aiming to improve fertility

SOLUTION: Ovum provides a comprehensive, technology-driven fertility care platform that integrates AI-powered coaching, molecular diagnostics, personalized treatment plans, and telehealth access to optimize fertility outcomes. By addressing chronic conditions that impact fertility—such as PCOS, diabetes, and hormonal imbalances;Ovum improves pregnancy rates
