PROBLEM: The LOOKOUT camera addresses the top five reasons boating accidents: Inattention, inexperience, improper lookout, excessive speed, and rules violations. With better situational awareness, we decrease risk, increase captain confidence, and expand the market for boating – which is something every boat builder and boat club is looking for.
SOLUTION: The LOOKOUT camera system is trained to spot hazards on the water like debris, other boats, swimmers, buoys, and wildlife. It gives captains confidence, especially in low-visibility conditions and fog. The system integrates with Garmin, Simrad, and other marine sensors and displays.
WAA Investor Interest: $45K+
Max Allocation for WAA: $200K
Lookout has extended it's convertible note offering for WAA. The structure is for convertible notes with a 6% interest, 20% discount, $8m cap, and they have a max allocation of $200k.
